Our general sizing guidelines are as follows:
All packages are shipped for a $10 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, and a tracking number is provided via email upon processing. Shipping times may differ due to holidays, the availability of merchandise, with a 3 to 5 business day delivery depending on origin of shipping – if an item is no longer in stock, you will be contacted directly and refunded for the out of stock item. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US Postal Service.
In the event of an exchange, we will accept items in exchange of equal or greater value. If an item needs to be returned, the returned items must be in the original condition it was purchased.
Unfortunately Dji G's Boutique cannot accept torn, stained or used merchandise. If you have any questions about your purchase, please feel free to contact us.
We now offer international shipping to select countries, but are working on expanding in the future. All shipping and handling costs are calculated via USPS and will be delivered based on the selected shipping method. Below are the list of countries we now ship to:
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. Dji G's Boutique will assist you in processing your shipping returns at no cost to you. Please contact us prior to returning your item. Once we have received your package, you will receive a refund for your purchase less any shipping costs. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
If you would like to exchange an item, email us in order to process your order. Customers will not be charged shipping costs for exchanges.

If you were shipped the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please notify us via email at email@example.com or call (651) 300-1473. We will ship the correct item in exchange.
